There's different stuff to like in each sector. ultimately, the sector I enjoy most is the ones I have good experiences in.

If I were to choose between vanilia sectors, I'd go for Kusari and Rheinland. These two have the most uncommon shiplines and music that got my heart.

1) Kusari - the most distinguishable house by style, with its own tradition and in fact two warring sides like in the Japanese history. I love this sector, because is the most original of all four (five) houses with its internal struggle between loyalists and imperialists, corporate civil war and all this. And Hogosha, yakuza of the space, the most unique faction in whole Sirius.

2) Rheinland - the most powerful, war-oriented and most military faction with that green line of ships. When you entered Rheinland (in campaign) for the very first time, you felt the gloomy atmosphere of the Rheinland Military everywhere. Big ships, a lot of them, almost unlimited war potential on the first glance, with all the cruisers around, like on the military parade.

House Space, Liberty. It's got a sound layout, an intricate network of jumpholes, an interesting multitude of factions and sufficient player count to ensure some representation for most factions.

I'd love it if other areas of house space was as densely populated to see how they flourish, but to me Liberty/NY has the optimal (minimum) amount of players to make the game work.

To be honest, Gallia space is extremely peaceful in my own opinion. Be it the lack of players, or the nice looking backgrounds. The music paired with the visuals there always has had a place in my mind.

Gallia no question. And if we still had sigma-60, Then sigma-60 for sure.

Were fools to make war on our brothers in arms.

Well... For me, Bretonia feels like home. I like the music, mood and factions of this house.

I also like flying in Omegas, Omicrons and Sigmas. The atmosphere in each of those sectors is just amazing, especially in Sigma-17 and Omicron Lost.

I agree.
House space, for the mix of it all. Layout, versality, player count...

If I had to pick one system, I'd say Tau-37.

But as far as sectors... I guess Liberty. I spend most time there and it's pretty awesome.
