Pvt: John Mu's Journal 11/17/15

I ve been on a raid with my attack group. As we flied through we saw a police officer. He called for backup. I warned him not to interfere and told him he would never see his family again. He refused and still did his job. I respect him for that. Then I ordered him to cut his engines. He reluctantly did it. But still called for back up. But the major told one of our team to have fun with him. And I watched as My comrade killed an innocent officer in cold blood.

Then as we patrolled through Manhattan we were met by a navy squadron. Unfortunately i cannot provide you with the details, since the cuisers opened fire on me and destroyed my ship. That is what they call Karma I guess. I was tractored in by a comrade and brough to a classified H.F base. Upon there i had a brain surgery and they put back my guts together. Badly injured I wait for a debriefing from my supreme commander.

Just a patrol update, I started patrol from Colorado and moved to Ontario, then california but it was so lonely out there, nothing special happened and I returned back to vespucci.

The Highcommand as of today have authorized entry into the Leeds system under the strict supervision of a Fleet Captain and up. This is to help familiarize the new pilots with the Gallic presence and definately hostile. Legion assets must avoid conflict outside of our regular zones of operation with anyone unless deemed necessary by the commanding officer of that time.

On to other matters,

Privates Anderson, Carter, Williams and Fergusson have been promoted to Lieutenants, keep up the good work.

Yesterday I came across Agent Circlebreaker, who asked me to do a patrol with him, which was nice as I was about to go on a patrol myself. Upon entering California, PFC John Mu send out a distress signal and we rushed over to him but his ship was destroyed moments after we got there. Circlebreaker engaged the person responsible and I was engaged with one of the Gold wing people of the Liberty Navy. I managed to defeat the Gold operator while Circlebreaker lost and then we engaged in another fight and took his enemy down aswell. Fleet Captain Rou arrived to assist me.

A bit later, a Xeno Alliance wing arrived on the field and began wreaking havoc on the Liberty forces. The raid lasted a good amount of time before we decided to wrap it up and head back.

In short, I was informed a couple of hours ago by my superiors to take off and head out to the California jump gate in the NewYork system. There were Battle Cruiser LNS-Retribution and a few of navy pilots, 5th|Jim.Schofield, John.Armada, Viviana.D'Zelra. I managed to deal some good damage to the latter but I received an order to retreat and pull back to base when a heavy armed gunboat showed up and opened fire.

After a brief scouting around the NY system, I recieved a call for backup from one of our gunboats HFGB-Inquisistor, claiming he was under attack by a Liberty Assault Battlecruiser, LNS-Retribution bearing heavy weaponary. The call was also recieved by one of our gunboats operating in the neighboring system, so we managed to provide assistance in time, afterwards another Navy gunboat, LNS-Breadcrumbs, kinda trigger happy thought it was a good idea to attack our battle group. Seems like he was wrong. Causalities on our side were little, and we fared quite well.

That'd be all of the noteworthy.

Major Fightmaster here reporting recent events.

Yesterday during my patrol in the New York system, I spotted 2 [LN] fighters that belonged to Alan Jones and Catherine Raven. I engaged Jones and brought him to his knees, the final strike was not dealt immidiately as Raven reinforced him and I had to pick a better field if I was to beat them. After a short time fighting in the debri field, I was reinforced by Lieutenant Williams and that allowed me to finish off Jones and we focused on Raven. A long struggle raged on before she was reinforced by another [LN] fighter, Chris Elias, that saved her neck in the nick of time. Raven's ship suffered major damage and lost almost all of her weaponry after William's ship was destroyed and I was left against two fighters again. With time and strategy I took out Elias's fighter and retreated before more of them came.

Today a patrol alerted us about a battlecruiser in New York, LNS-Timinator's.Cruiser and we prepared a strike force to wipe it off the map. Our fighters engaged a group of bounty hunters, freelancers and navy fighters and bombers while the Last Sunrise destroyed the battlecruiser. We suffered 3 casualties before we retreated into California, but we also took out the same number of fighters with us. I was late in the engagement and found a legionnaire of the secondary fleet against 3 navy ships and a bystander dreadnought reinforcing them. The pilot lost his ship and I managed to take down their fighter despire the unfair odds against me, my ship suffered major damage from the other two ships and I had to evacuate.

Major Fightmaster reporting,

Today's patrol in the New York system proved to be full of surprises, an armored transport and a guardian belonging to the 5th Liberty Navy fleet followed me all the way in the Detroit debri field. They engaged me and dealt some minor damage to my ship, then the transport fled the scene and I took out the fighter.

Afterwards I move to the debri field near the Colorado jumphole and I spotted a fighter belonging to the [LN], another guardian and a siege cruiser. I started by doing some damage to their fighters and they all turned on me, not surprising given I was in hostile territory. Circlebreaker reinforced me and we did some serious damage and then his ship suffered crippling damage and he was forced to retreat, leaving me alone against two fighters, which in the end, didn't make it.

Then a Liberty gunboat arrived at the scene and with the help of Vasques, we took it out.

Subject: BPA attacks

Reporting confrontation with BPA while transporting sidearms from Ronnenberg to Leniex.

BPA)Waldorf.Salad presumably scanned my cargo while I was passing through Manchester; commanded me to stop. I refused to comply. I did not return fire until BPA fired multiple shots (non-cruise disruptor) on my shields. I successfully took down his shields and then escaped via jump hole to Magellan.

Waldorf followed to Magellan and pursued along trade rout to Freeport 4. [HF]-Fulcrum came to my aid and I escaped with his help.

I sold my goods at Leniex, and picked up Black Market Munitions so that I could fly another rout through Leeds. I have an Adv. Deep Scanner, and I was watching for BPA. I realized I'd forgotten to restock Nanobots and Shield Batteries, so I went to Freeport 4 -- no sign of BPA on my way to the station. When I exited Freeport 4, Waldorf and at least one other BPA were waiting for me, and Freeport 4 was also hostile.

My ship was totaled, and my cargo taken. I've had my ship repaired at Freeport 4. No significant capital lost. I'll be resuming trade via another rout.

Report Begins

After receiving word of our troups having been engaged in the New York system I immediately set out from Ravager to aid the cause. When I arrived the engagement was still ongoing, and I provided assistance at once upon making contact.

The enemy consisted of several primary fleet strike craft initially backed by one gunboat, and another to yet assist them.

Casualties were recieved, yet they were acceptable considering the success of the engagement, until the fall back order was given. By that time many of their fighters had been put out of action, and there was no point in attacking the gunboats.

All in all the raid is considered successful and we are yet to await even more victorious battles!
