So, uh, I ain't sure if I should be vocalisin' my opinion here or not, but I got some suggestions to make.

So 'bout Gunboats. Rule fo' point five says no to 'boats from all sides in an'other factions contested area o' space, right? Yo' I think that's messed up. Or at least, messed up in regards to convoys n' stuff. 'Boats are good fo' protecting Cardamine convoys and the like across Sirius, but it'd be a damn shame if we have t' sacrifice the best possible protector of a convoy fo' some lil' Treaty. Personally I don't think that Outcast Gunships are much o' a threat in Liberty, the Hackers might have o'ther views tho'. But at least we should allow 'em fo' escorting Maltese convoys to Liberty, likewise for the Outcasts lettin' Rogue n' Hacker 'boats fo' escorting Rogue n' Hacker convoys t' Malta.

Aight, that's all I gotta say fo' now. Lemme hear what ya think.

Recent dissolution of the 101st Outcast Guard "Ghosts of Razgriz" and Padua Liberty Rogues was a serious blow to this alliance, though I have a strong conviction it should only strengthen our resolve and unity. However, I did not contact you just to say a few good words over fallen allies, but to start discussion whether it is a good moment to proceed to the next stage of this treaty - invitation of new members.

Kusari has seen a significant rise of Blood Dragons in last year as well as spring of Golden Chrysanthemums. We are well aware of the tensions between The Blood Dragons and The Crimson Cross as well as the unreliability of the Golden Chrysanthemums at the moment. However, should we support this new movement - The Sisterhood of Dreams, possibly, it could became a strong support for our interests in Kusari, acting both as stabilizing factor for Cardamine flow through Kusari and occasional intermediary with otherwise traditionally hostile Blood Dragons. We have also heard about a new movement within the Maltese Nation - The Bloodrose Syndicate. If their attitude is not the one of the Contari Lance they might prove to be a reliable partner.

Naturally, before we can make any well considered move, in accordance to point 2.1 of this treaty, I ask you o share your current intelligence dossiers on The Bloodrose Syndicate, The Blood Dragons and most notably The Sisterhood of Dreams.
