as already said:
- capital ships for non-military house factions does not make sense (with some exceptions like order/council on SRP basis)
- convert zoner caps into: colony ship, armored liner, armored transport
- convert other caps of other factions into pertinent ships for these faction
Give them more trading/exploration vessels, maybe leave some GBs so they could defend themselves anyhow, take away anything bigger than GB

Please, Zoner Master, explain to me how the Zoons built their capital ships, and why they should even need them.
They're not Warmongers to go and kill everything in the lolipons. The Order, Core, Corsairs and Outcasts already have that in the bag.
Well, two star systems is a lot of resources, but I could see where the resources would be better spent on Cruiser class and smaller vessels.
In response to Jack's comment, and various lore remarks about superior technical capability, I could see making the ship's they do have slightly more capable, like a 5% enhancement on their cores or more maneuverable since they are expected to be more survivable than their counterparts.
