I know the TAZ might not be able to, but wouldn't any edge world (Omicron) Zoners be able to recognize Nomad weaponry if any would be used? I mean, they've probably been shot by it plenty of times.

Depends on what happens on the event, if Wild players will be targeted by everyone then GB actually makes it a bit balanced. In other case, it will be the Ottawa's Security boat and keeps sieging Freeport I guess.
