Let me tell you what happened, seeing though as I was said Pelican. Good job on rolling the two LN, it was good fun. We even stayed out of the fight, even though I offered the LN to restock from my ship, since I saw they were doing so poorely against you.

Still, you engaged them 10k away from the Bush-Norforlk lane- not the most hidden place in New York- the most populated system in Liberty. When the BHG came, we also told him to stand down, which he did. It was only after you forced the LN to restock from me again, when we decided to tell the LN to break off and stepped into the fight ourselves with the purpose of driving you off.

I am sorry you could not get those blues, but there was no RP reason for us to allow you shoot them down. And so we forced you to retreat. You flew all the way to the Rogue dessie in the cloud, which you tried to hug instead of docking to safety- a strategy one step above botfeeding might I add.

Then, for some reason, you felt it necessary to fly from the dessie all the way to the colorado Jump GATE, mind you, not hole. Not because you felt outnumbered. If that was the case, you would have docked on the rogue dessie and broke off the engagement. You already won against the LN, after all.

No. Instead you decided to act cool and tease us, luring us to the dessie to get shot, only to lure us away to (no doubt) cassini or something. You, needless to say, failed to do so. And now you are posting here.

You engaged in a fight against lawful forces on your hacker. We gave you enough time to realize that backup was coming and even sat for 6 minutes next to you, laughing in group chat about the LN you were slaughtering. Instead of running away from us, however, you decided to try and be a badass. The 5th leader, mind you, engaged after you started running from the dessie to Colo Gate. Because it was apparent that you were just making fun of us. You got shot down, however. Now you are here.

I am so very sorry that you thought that you would get a fair fight, but this is not Conn. This is the rest of the server. Just like you told the peeps not to attack the Xeno base because it made no sense in RP, it made no sense in RP for us to let you go on slaughtering people.

I am also sad to learn that it was enough for you to quit the 5th and our own groupchat.

During the lead up to the initial engagement we (the [LN] ships) offered you more than one chance to flee from your position near Norfolk Shipyard, you declined that and CHOSE to fight us instead.

As for botfeeding from an allied non-capital ship, this is something that almost EVERYBODY does, it is considered normal and acceptable, so why should we be held to some different set of standards regarding that?

Additionally, they had offered Lambert and I more than one bot refill, but we declined, planning to either kill you or lose after that first refill, and had the BretGB and 5th| guys not jumped in we would have lost to you squarely and it would have been fine.

And, as soon as the odds were REALLY changed against you by the Gunboat and 5th| ships jumping in, we (The [LN] ships), immediately ended our involvement in the fight.
So while this is the 5th's feedback page, I'm still gonna do my part to clear up things, at least from the [LN] side.

On a related note, after you died, the [LN] expressed their concerns about the firepower used to do so. So I really doubt that you will not be able to encounter ''fairer'' fights with them on later occasions.

Also, Jack jumped into the engagement by MY request and only AFTER you started flying away from the dessie and towards Colo gate. As shown on your screenshots with the waypoint, by the way.

In the last few weeks/months I've enjoyed encountering 5th (not all of them, to be honest) more than [LN]. You've improved your RP skills quite much, and I personally have nothing to say against your RP quality. Keep it up.

But I don't like one thing about you. When you see a target is alone and you have enough forces to blow his/her ship up, you rush things and do it. But I've seen you, some times, when you ran into me and some other unlawfuls alone (Talking about Jack), said two-three words and ran back to the station, or simply started flying around without saying anything. What I want to say is that when you're given a chance to RP, use it. You seem to like RP when you've lots of reinforcements behind your back.

Anyway, good luck with this.

Feeding from a transport? You've got to be joking, that's not something "everybody does" and is not at all acceptable. Ask folks within your own faction how they feel about fighting VHF's with several hundred regens. It *is* poor form.

But do we expect much from such a place like Liberty? Nah.

This guy PM'd me "Im not fighting you, I'm not dumb Yber" just before going to the nearest station in order to dock. He then attempted to snac me while standing still and failed, calling me "nub". The rest can be taken from the screenshot.
Very poor attitude and display.
I've also seen your members in connecticut while New York was swarmed by pirates. And not exactly battleships, simple rapiers.
I've also witnessed the cliche roleplay that you guys develop ingame and your lack of ability to addapt to ingame situations.

Yes I PM'd you saying im not going to fight you best I know your on a Heavy Fighter Phantom and I know your loadout. I was sat on a Waran Bomber, I done that because I know you are going round hunting for blues. It is annoying to be honest.

You say I "Tried to snac you while you were sitting still" Well if that was true. It wouldn't have been my ASARUS that missed, It would have been my SNAC and it would have hit you and you would have died. Especially considering you had no shield at that time. I dodged my way to the closest station because I knew I had no chance to fight you and you were out looking for blues. The great thing was. You logged in as soon as you saw a 5th| and logged out as soon as I logged out. That is not Meta Gaming or Power Gaming is it now Yber.
