I did actually make a "halogen" style of sigs about 9 months ago, back when I first started making things worth using. They really overdid it, however, with neon strips and things shining so bright that they often seemed not to shine at all.

This is all off-topic, however. Unless someone suggests something, the banner posted previously will probably be final.
