Having just received the Report back from the Investigations Division, which was Commisioned by the Bretonian War Cabinet, we must respectfully inform you that your Request is Denied until a more suitable Location is found.

We have become aware of the Results of the Feasibility Study Commissioned by the Bretonian War Cabinet. As you have stated the Report did not find in your favour.

The proposed new Site is allowable within the Rules governing the placement of Bases. We have noticed that your proposed new Site is very close to the Limit, of 10k, set by the Laws of Bretonia. Please make sure that your Base is no closer than 10k. Some of the Government Inspectors are very pernickety in their approach to the Laws.

We therefore are giving you permission to start construction, of your Base, once the outstanding fee of Two Hundred (200) Million Credits is forwarded, with proof, to the required Banks.

We must ask that you comply to ALL Regulations pertaining to the Building and Operation of Bases within Bretonian Space. We have provided a link to these so that you can appraise yourself of these Regulations.

Yes i've been already informed about that and we already choosed another plase. It's even better. Sector C5 Left side (around -31465 0 6011). That is: 10.5-11k from nearest trade lane, 10.9-10.4k tfrom Cambridje Jump Gate, 25k from Freeport 1, 14.5-15k from Planet Sprague and 11-11.5k from Cambridje Jump Hole. Everything is more than 10k away. Already informed War Cabinet about our desision.

Greetings:

A quick update on our base. We shortened the name to Appleton Laboratory to prevent confusion with Rutherford spaceport. We also had to move the station about 5k further away from Freeport 1 to comply with CoF regulations, but are still in sector C3. We have also set the docking to allow the appropriate police access to the base.

Greetings BPI.

I'm writing this letter to you becasue we've already constructed defence platform at Palmer research station and now asking you to approve it.
We couldn't delay with weapon platform construction because of high pirate activity in this region. Our base that you can see wright now is second already. First one didn't had any weapon platform and was blowed up by hessian battleship. We desided to act quickly and construct another base and 1 weapon platform for now so we could protect ourselves in case if this happends again. We asking you to approve this weapon platform so we could have better protection when your fleet is in London.
