2. I also think Jump Drive free escape is too easy and need a counter. But a fair counter is needed. Even light fighters can mount a cheap CD. Where is the balance?

When I farm in 99 and I get caught by Khara, I am more than happy to fight to the death and it happens all the time.

Oh really now? You might want to double check with Khara and indie nomads about that. because from what I've heard they really dislike pvping you because you jump away all the time.
And that's not even the tip of the iceberg. Order or Core will log into zeta to go and interact with you, and you check the playerlist to see where they are and jump away before they can get to you.

so yea there will be a counter for the JD then and the JD uses fuel. What is your point? We seen ourselves in this thread that fuel means nothing. An Indy nomad can run and dock and refuel and come back just like a JD dude can.

Noms are the easiest enemy to beat ever, the cloaking isn't op Cuz u will feel when they are next to you and can shoot them so easily.

Whats the difference between BDM|RNC- and [KNF] tagged ships going to 99 to farm and a Kusari BS going there to farm?

Remember what I said to you before about using that as an arguement do not blame the player for trying to get remains that are required to build cloaks with his own ship rather than metagaming a Order or Core Alte char to get them for you.

Blame the system, remove remains from the requirement to build cloaks or create a Omicron 99 system in every house so that house militaries may go and farm in their own ZOI.

I've told you before: BDM and KNF actually roleplayed to be there. They're gathering research materials. They're also not directing a heavy asset such as a battleship to go there, they farm with snubs and gunboats. Furthermore they actually make RP about the stuff they farm. They also interact with Nomads, Order and Core. They're contributing to the server.

Remember what I said to you before about using that as an arguement do not blame the player for trying to get remains that are required to build cloaks with his own ship rather than metagaming a Order or Core Alte char to get them for you.

And I've told you before that Order and Core ships make A LOT more sense to be doing that as it's in their lore (Core more than Order, but still). Fair enough it might be poor form to use an Order ship to do it for external factions, because Order are very protective about Nomadic materials and don't want anyone to touch that stuff at all, but it makes complete sense for a Core ship as it's within the factions lore.

Blame the system for you being a bad player? Ok. Thank god that the Omicron update will at least prevent this kind of idiocy. Hopefully.
