You don't need to take the sigma route for heading to the unknown systems. You can use the Tau systems route for this.Tau-29-->Omicron Alpha-->Omicron Alpha-->Omicron Gamma and then the normal ones.

the shortest route is through the Conetticut system. at the bottem-middle of the map in 7E. There is a jump gate to Alaska. once your on the other side, you go to 3G. there is the jump hole to minor.
