Graphic Lag even though very good Laptop

Hey there, I got this new laptop couple of months ago. Bioshock Infinite runs perfect on ULTRA and Crysis 2 the same (Cryengine 3) it runs all smooth but freaking Freelancer...

I dunno what the hell the problem is. Whenever something bright gets into the Screen it starts graphic lagging, like freezing a little. Also when I Thrust and go down so that the Thruster "Cloud" is all over the Screen it freezes a little too.

Can you guys please help? My Laptop is a Lenovo, Geforce GTX 860m, Quad Core, 8 Logical, 16 GB Ram. System is Win 8.1

I know this problem very well. Fortunately, there's an (odd?) fix.

Disco hates multicore processors. Despises them. I had this problem when I got a new PC and the only way to stop it was by locking my FPS at 30.

Fortunately for the both of us, I found a fix that let me play at 60 FPS.

Download, install, never have freezes again.

If you have this already though... welp, not sure what to do. ENB somehow solves the issue in a way I don't know how though.

Turn to 16 bit graphics. Makes things look in an old-fashion way plus gives rather great FPS increase.

Ugh... Tried it. While I agree, graphics and stuff got nicer lol it still does the same...
