Various user-side forum fixes.

I found a few things around the forums particularly annoying and today decided to sit down and fix them user-side, with an addon called Stylish. It basically allows to replace certain CSS values only on the side of the user. I wrote a small script that does a few things, you can edit it yourself without much problems too.

What it does:
- replaces Courier, Impact and Comic Sans with fonts of your choice (by default that is Consolas, Impact and Tahoma respectively)
- makes horizontal rules (hr tags) darker
- replaces the default font on disco wiki to one of your choice (this is because the default font for the wiki is Helvetica Neue which is ugly as hell)
