I double checked Hidimari's mod with Bloxin. He did not trigger the anticheat with it, so it should be fine to use.

If so, that should mean mines alright, people kept asking if it would trigger the anti-cheat but I always thought it was strictly client side

Following on the greenlisting of hidamari's sound mod and swag pack - Today I've noticed that the sound's range of secondaries on my capital has been cut for some reason, I went in the disco dir to check with sounds.ini. Presumably the update has done something over it? From there on, I replaced it with the Hidamari's one, and all was fine.

Felt like asking, should I worry about replacing a default ini file with hidamari's, or its okay?

sounds.ini isn't necessarily a big problem, but it will cause you problems in the future if we add new weapon effects or others. You will hear nothing at all.

The FL installation folder should be kept clean afaik. Its the disco folder you mod.

Not unless you're going to use that folder for re-installing Disco, no.

The vanilla folder is only referenced when actually installing the mod. After that, you can do what you want with it, but it's good modding practice to keep one clean copy of vanilla FL on hand.
