As the title says I retire the <PRIME> faction from officialdom as it is currently. I am seriously appalled from the workflow, arrogance and also "level-of-noninterest" from the staff. Our faction is *** broken. The ID is broken, the infocards are broken,...anything of the AI is broken. You don't care our I receive words like. "Currently, no offense, there are bigger things at stake." and also being offened and accused of being nonproductive. Seriously isn't a timekill to update predefined infocards, an ID and an IFF.
It isn't fun to be official without the SLIGHTEST significant appearance that our lore is official somehow with the environment ingame. Furthermore that you guys declined requests that has become voted as officialdom previously is really embarrassing, this just supports the assumption that you haven't even read anything at all.
The acceptance, interest and respect of the AI are general low. This isn't fun anymore. We have worked out and put an incredible amout of time into a real good AI concept with a lot surprises, but nobody cares of it all. This isn't fun and having fun was the reason to accept this duty.
The disbanding is my only decission. By the way there is no reason for blatant sarcasm. There isn't a reason for us to be under this pseudo-official-status.
A shame Antag. If I was you I'd still keep trying. From my experience the staff haven't always been too on top of Edge Worlds politics and lore and to be given refreshers when needed. In their defense however, considering AI has undergone so many changes it's probably been a lot harder to keep track of.
By any chance have you tried drafting storyline devs (Echo, Rohj) into a skype chat or something? That could help.

Propably, frustration is present sometimes you know? It wasn't even ugly the last time if you would know about topic itself of it.
Erm, what don't you just pass the leadership onto someone else who is more willing? Honestly, this seems like a "Oh I can't be bothered" attitude. Kinda selfish in my opinion. Pass it on to someone else.
Willing for what? To get blamed as I and the faction itself was the whole time. Look at the feedback thread or look at the officialdom request. The highest pleasure were the skype conversation I had, nobody knows and nobody cares. Staff and community.
And yes I have talked to the devs and especially with the story devs, who don't even think it requires to read the whole story as it is.
Hmm... i never got any problems with your faction. I only saw you 2-3 time, but your AI rp was cool, cause im studying currently "Pascal" so it was quiet funny.
But i think, don't disband this faction, i mean sure, you have bad times, but good times also come.
Don't give up, be stronk like old old Rheinland players ^^
