Just a note, the five-second delay in between each disrupted cruise should be plenty for you to type your price out. For me, if I know the trader has no intention of stopping, and isn't saying anything back, Johnny'll probably go "Be yer life o' yer money!", CD him again, then "Me price be <amount> credits! Arr!" then continue to waste him until he stops, sends a trade request, or dies.
If you're going to pirate, let the guy know that you're serious before he even gets a chance to respond. Bring his shield down, then let him know that you want some cash or cargo.

In RP, trader wouldn't know if the pirates want to blast him, take his cargo, take his ship, or take 2-10 million credits.
So, it's safer to run. In RP they don't know about server rules and pirates being unable to kill them without asking for tax.

That's up to you. If you want to sit in one spot and get killed by BH's, then all means...go ahead. I am sure the BH's won't mind an easy kill or an easy paycheck. Either way, that's 4 hours your out of business.
Oh....and that's IF the BH's want payment. Some of them of them hunt for free or favors. *smiles*
And as for 'Nothing of worth on your ship'......hhhmmmm....well, if you keep on your course of your current thinking, I am sure it won't be too long before you get reported, fined,ship stripped,etc,etc.

Oh, the way some pirates bypass the rule is they state: ''2mil or die.'' With that simple , No RP , 9 letter statement, the pirates now can just go on the PvP-killing mode.
OK i have a question. What if LSF tells you stop cut engine's. You do nothing,and continue to a base since you have contraband,and make it. 5 min later you exit base,and boom get blown to hell no warning. Is this legal? same as pirate stop or die in my oppinion.
