Ran into a Bretonion Intelligence Vessel vessel in Manchester by the name of HMS Victory, too bad. would like to have seen if anything of intrigue was happening. But stopping with a load of shiny diamonds back to Alberta seems foolish.

Brief Summary: My day started on the dirt ball known as Pittsburgh. Not wanting to soil my cargo hold with the stench of heavy industry, I left empty. Knowing we had mined platinum on our installation in Alberta I made my way there. Did a qucik stop over on Los Angeles for some robotics, I then proceeded to Platinum Inc. With a full hull of platinum, I began the trek to Bretonia. The flight was complete devoid of anything resembling excitement, oh wait. My coffee spilled when an LPI officer did not give me the right of way, as he should of.
After getting to Waterloo, I took a selfie with the Commodity dealer, I've attached the picture for posterity. With my ship unloaded, I left Waterloo and decided to give that new Bowex installation, Canary Wharf, a try. Imagine my surprise, they had loot from Dublin for sale, so, needless to say I gave in to temptation and purchased a full ship's worth, remembering that some stumbling drunk on Pittsburgh said that his division within DSE was paying well for freshly mined, unprocessed gold.
The return trip to Liberty was equally uneventful. But, that drunk was right, DSE took that cargo from me for a hefty profit.

Not-So-Brief Summary: After my last run, I stayed the night on Pittsburgh. When I awoke, I'd received an updated manifest. What luck, I thought, I'm already here. The commodity dealer hadn't opened up shop by the time I came knocking, so I had to wait a few minutes. Found a shop that sells coffee a few doors down.
DO NOT GO THERE!
I think my coffee may have actually been oil mixed with mud. I finished it, much to my regrets. By the time I had, my ship was nearly done being loaded. While I waited for the last of it to get loaded, I got on the neural net and put out some feelers with some contacts I have, looking for a good place to unload my ship.
Cargo strapped down for a jaunt in zero-g, I made my way off Pittsburgh and down the trade lanes through Liberty. This early in the morning, the lanes were pretty quiet. No officers, no pirates, nobody. After passing beyond the borders of Liberty into the Cortez system, I found another early riser. We got to talking, and he asked if he could join me on my run. Not one to shy away from some good conversation, I didn't decline. Once in Bretonia, I got a call over the neural net from I guy I know, he works maintenance for Borderworld Exports, said they could use a new shipment of Boron to assist with repairs to a pair of Shire's they have in dry dock. Royal Navy raids have been scaring off most of their suppliers.
Once by Gateshead a pair of Navy fighters did a fly by and took some pot shots at me. Luxury Liner Shetland's gunners took them out, but one of the liners shots took down my shield, and damaged my rear stabilizer. I didn't want to stop just yet, so I continued down the lane to Scarborough Shipyard. My buddy was so appreciative of the shipment, he got a few guys to fix up my ship in a jiffy, that's a technical term they assure me. Back in space, I decided to stop on the Shetland to give their gunners a piece of my mind.
They took my comments in stride, and reminded me that they were trying to save me. I couldn't stay angry for long so my travel companion and I explored the ship. Stopped at a small place and had some tea and crumpets. My god, they were good. So much in fact, that I put in a large order for them, I knew just the place to sell them. Those tourists on Curacao would pay handsomely for these. Full hold once more, my two ship caravan was underway. Back through Bretonia, again the trip was quiet.
My instincts were right, once I got one of the OSC reps to try the crumpets, he agreed that there would be a high demand for them here. We offloaded the baked goods and bought accommodations for the night. Woke the next day to a terrible storm that had moved in on the platform we were staying on. There were a lot of frightened people, even though the people of Orbital Spa and Cruise assured them these storms are normal and that their structures are in no danger. Once again, seeing profit, I told a bunch of them that I'd be willing to take them into Liberty. My ship is really not built for passengers, but they didn't care. They packed themselves and their belongings into my cargo pods and we took to space. Planet Manhattan, those stuck up snobs, didn't want anything to do with the people I was carrying, so I continued to Pittsburgh. I felt bad leaving them here, but I told myself they'd quickly find a way off planet, especially once they tried the coffee.
Novelistic Brief Summary: On my last delivery, the Agiera contractor I flew with had mentioned that Robotics were cheap in Omega-3, specifically at Aland Shipyard. Now, I don't care much for the Independent Miners Guild, but since Boron sold well at Scarborough Shipyard, I figured another shipyard might pay about the same. So, with my ship full, I left Pittsburgh. In desperate need of good coffee, I pull into Fort Bush and grabbed a large steaming cup of caffeine riddled goodness. Hydrated, I set my radio and started on my journey.
The trek was quick and quiet. I don't know what's up with the economy now-a-days, seems like very little cargo is being moved anymore. Pulling into Aland, I noticed a bit of a squabble taking place. My guess on the price was right, almost. They were buying for one credit less. I tried to negotiate for the final five thousand credits but they wouldn't budge. My former traveling companion was right, however, Robotics were cheap here and that they sold for a lot in Shikoku. I can't figure out why the IMG would be selling Robotics? Are the IMG replacing they're living miners with robots? Wow, they must be greedier than I thought.
Leaving the Omegas, I took the long way around Cambridge and stopped at the planet. Stepping into the bar, I was handed a pamphlet for the upcoming Marble Tournament of Sirius, which was going to happen in two days time, I overheard some of the patrons talking about it as well, they seemed to be concerned that they wouldn't do well, and then get nothing for their efforts. Never a marble player myself, I had no intention to enter. And so, I left both Cambridges behind, the planet, and the system.
The journey through Bretonia was once again devoid of much traffic. I remember growing up here, and ships were always moving, never a lull like this.
When I came into California from Cortez, I accidentally took the wrong trade lane and found myself looking at the Ontario Jump Gate, No worries, I thought to myself as I entered the vortex within the gate. For I knew something that would put me back on course. Not far from DSE Headquarters on Toronto, sitting in the ice field there's an anomaly. This particular tear in the fabric of reality is a gateway between Ontario and Colorado. I recommend keeping knowledge of this in your minds, as it is extremely useful for cutting some time off a journey from Bretonia to Kusari. Just don't let Ageira on Pueblo see you do it, I think they're jealous that the universe beat them to the punch.
Quick jaunt up to Shikoku and I stopped in on Deshima. I had to be careful there, the Bounty Hunters Guild have never particularly liked Junkers, So I was constantly looking over my shoulder, expecting to see a dagger sticking out of it. The bartender confirmed the information I had heard, Planet Junyo was buying up loads of Robotics. So, I took the trade lane, and before I could exit my ship they were busily preparing to unload my cargo.
I asked the guy in charge what they had on hand that I could take with me. He simply smiled and indicated that I follow him. He lifted up a crate to reveal thousands and thousands of shiny white pearls. Apparently it's a by-product of what they do on Junyo, so they need people to take them away. Must be nice having junk that's priceless. Some days I can't even give my junk away.
I've found there are moments when your brain shuts down almost as if taking a holiday as reward for being brilliant. Such a thing happened just then. The problem was time. Did I have time to get this back down to Cambridge? Well, I can't tell you how many Liberty Moving Violations I may or may not have broken in the last 24 hours, but I can say that I did make it back to Cambridge in time for the Marble Tournament, also I managed to convince the Tournament staff that this was a delivery for them, credits on delivery. Yes, sometimes I tell a lie, but I manage it by telling myself that the needs of the many, outweigh the needs of the few. Lots and lots of pathetic marble players will now go home with pearls in their pockets thanks to my efforts, I think that's worth a little money in my pocket, at the very least.
Ms.Regalia we have RECEIVED your paper work seems you have been having quite the adventure. Your bonuses of 15 million credits will be sent soon. Keep up the great work.
Double Summary: Well, I took my bonus and reinvested that money into the Springfield, I purchased some enhanced armor plating from Baltimore Shipyard. I've been relatively lucky to date. I haven't had too many dealings with pirates, but it never hurts to be prepared.
With tea and crumpets stocked on my ship, I moored on Pittsburgh. Melancholy from my response to his advances, Eric still acted professionally getting his crews organized to stock the boron in my cargo pods. Looking for a change scenery I took a right at Fort Bush and traveled to Colorado. The lanes through Liberty and Kusari were free of pirates today, and so I made it to GMG space in very good time. Unloaded the boron with the Ryukyu Guild on Miura, they seemed appreciative of the supplies. After that, I took off for Shuri, where Francis and I had picked up H-3 before. Shuri 'nough Sure enough, they were stocked and selling. My trek back was uneventful, so I took the time to catch up on some reading while I traveled. When I hit Colorado, I set word to Eric on Pittsburgh to have some cargo pods loaded up, as I was going to be taking another shipment straight away. He did not disappoint, I unloaded the pods carrying the super Helium, and loaded my next shipment of Boron is very good time.
Underway, I decided to once again head to Scarborough. When I hit Manchester, I decided to take a break and visit Lord MacRae on Fortitudine. We had a nice conversation, and he informed me that he was fully stocked with wares for a passing trader such as I. I assured him I would return to relieve him of some when I come back this direction. I overheard the dock attendant mention that their supply ship was unaccounted for, he sounded awfully concerned. In little time I was unloading on the Shipyard in Newcastle. After that, I made a quick stop on New London to fill up on supplies for my friends in Manchester. When I talked to Mr. Sinclair, he confirmed what I'd heard on Fortitudine, the supply carrier was missing, I hope pirates didn't have something to do with this disappearance. The quartermaster on Fortitudine was very appreciative of my load, and made sure I had priority when it came to loading my next shipment. With haste I sped past Curacao and through California, finally I moored back on Pittsburgh once again, and Eric's crew swapped back my original cargo pods. Eric took me aside after we were finished, he assured me that I would eventually succumb to his advances, to which I replied, "We'll see, Monsieur, we will see."
Well Ms.Regalia your reports never seem uneventful. Thank you for all your hard work you have been putting into the company. Perhaps its time I send that referral for a promotion, keep up the great work your bonus of 12 million credits will be sent to you shortly.
