I don't know what's scarier to humanity, the fact that we're alone in this vast universe or the fact that there are aliens.
I also prefer to think that FTL Technology is impossible and caused alien civilizations to be spread out across the universe. Waiting millennials to ever encounter each other. Not to mention that the light from other alien civilizations might take forever to ever reach for us to find out if life does exist unless we do decide to go there.
I share Stephen Hawking's opinion on this matter and I believe that alien civilizations could easily be hostile towards our planet or humanity.
Subsequently, I consider the actions of those neoliberal scientists who supposedly on behalf of the entire humanity send signals to space all the time is in my opinion very dangerous and considering what is at stake, irresponsible to the highest level possible.
Wasn't this determined to be a really fast spinning neutron star emitting radiation in the form of radio signals? If not, there was something very similar picked up near London not so long ago (A few years).

Anti-gravity and 'time-space' inversion were cracked in the 50's by the various secret space programs that began during the war. The late 50's and early 60's were the real first missions to the moon and later Mars. There are excellent interviews with whislteblowers like Andrew Basiago, Laura Eisenhower (yes real grandaughter of Dwight Eisenhower) and 'Captain Kaye', all claim to have been recruited to a secret Mars colonization program that's been underway since the 70's using FTL and wormhole technology to set up a colony there, just like in Stargate Atlantis (remember the 200th episode of SG1 was about them making a show called Wormhole Extreme where they give the program 'plausible deniability' to cover it up from potential security leaks). Laura Eisenhower claims to have been recruited due to her family lines but rejected the job and went public. This is just the tip of the iceberg of what our governments are keeping hidden from the public, and disclosure could come any day! They can't hide the truth forever!

As far as our radio signals go, its not so much a problem as all of the nuclear detonations we've made that cause major impacts on the fabric of spacetime on a quantum level and send an alarm out on the transdimensional level.
Some points to catch up on with true history, or 'conspiratorial history'
-a remnant nazi state survived after WWII in antarctica and the moon, and they made a deal with Eisenhower's government in 1952, along with the greys and the 'Asgard' aka Pleadesians
-most UFO sightings have actually been of secret government craft and scout craft of the remnant nazi state. Rumor has it there is a floor in a highrise somewhere in NYC that only Presidents have the card keys to access via elevator, to negotiate with the nazis. (Cobra/Hydra in GI Joe and the Avengers are all based off of the Skulls which really do run from Yale, the Bushes and John Kerry are both members).
-Several alien races, 'human like' which are likely descended from the same proto species that seeded many planets, as well as 'greys' which may be temporally displaced human descendants from the future, and the 'Dracos' which are a reptilian race and one of the houses that control a large area in this part of the galaxy. Many of these races were the 'annukanki' who ruled over Sumeria and Egypt, using pyramids to house their ships and literally plug into the Earth to suck energy and water from it. They have had the technology to live forever for millennia.
All of the stuff they put in movies for the last 30 years in Aliens, Avatar, Total Recall, Stargate, Independence Day, etc etc is to run a program of plausible deniability and build up a mental resistance in people to the truth. Its a literal 'matrix' of lies and false perceptions to keep us from finding out what goes on behind closed doors. They have been contacted already, first contact is way in the past, and our governments choose to keep disclosure illegal. Some players have not gone along with the agenda anymore, so you see a lot of freelance or private 'pro disclosure' programming like Ancient Aliens, on network TV. Programs have been operating for decades against ET's and with others, as far back as the 40's. Famous whistleblower Phil Schieder talked about what he knew, working as a geologist building Deep Underground military bases and reported that 'human like' aliens, one mainly named Val Thor (Asgard) was present on the USS Eldridge in a photo with Oppenheimer when they were trying to develop a radar cloak. They actually created a trans-phasic drive that phased the ship into subspace and back, which is the bases for all 'warp' or space-time inversion (anti-grav) drives. If that is true it is also likely that Oppenheimer's advances in the Atomic bomb project were also influenced by this relative alien species, said to live in a hidden city elsewhere in the solar system. The nazis knew they existed as well and had their own attempts to contact them. This is why its said they discovered the hollow earth interior by taking subs under the ice in Antarctica (new swabia), where they found Agartha/Shambala, which are cities and lands in a massively contained underground open space that resembles a hollowed out interior.
Anyways, the reason all of this sounds crazy to you is the conditioning our governments run through there standardized curriculums. There is a matrix of lies, and some of us like to punch through every so often, since the topic of ET life was brought up, not all of us think this will just be a future issue, for some its happening now. But don't believe me, listen to the testimony and judge for yourself.
Actually there's an engine, which is said to create warp-like bubble. Plus, we know nothing about the physics so many things to us seem impossible. It is arrogant to say that FTL is impossible, since we haven't proven that and our understandment of physics (we haven't confirmed Strings Theory yet) can be... well, not wrong, but errorously understood.
We should always take into consideration a little fact that some points of our basis may be wrong. Like it was a common knowledge that it is impossible for many tonnes plane to fly.
