TheJarl, Firstly, if Adminship or Moderatorship is not a job, then what is it? I do realise that you are not getting payed for it, but you haven't been forced there either. It was your own choice. So you might as well do what you've signed for yourself properly. Now I do not say that you people are prohibited from having fun. But please, do not tell people, who are frustrated with your slowness that you are trying your jugs out and work as hard as you can, when you do that in front of everyone, especially those who have had requests unanswered, probably for quite some time. Also, time consuming sanctioning is all understandable and stuff, although I can not believe that it's so time consuming, but regardless, since when sanctioning people who did not deserve a sanction and then just walking away without any appology or sanction retrack is fine?

Doria, if you have problems with what I said, tell me exactly with what, and I'll give you an answer. Otherwise, do not bother, cuz this community is filled with people whose reading skills are limited to passing image from eyes to the brain. Analysis is not what they're doing well.
