- Norfolk Shipyard used to sell the (lol)Dread and Carrier.
- Kusari was a straight-up Empire.
- The Nomad Fighter was sold on Planet Primus, which was then owned by the Zoners.
- Planet Xerna used to be the Nomad capitol.
- Every fighter with a torpedo hardpoint could mount Novas. Bombers were special because they could mount two.
- The Supernova Antimatter Cannon was the only one of its kind.
- Bluebell Chain Guns existed.
- The Starflier was the original "new character" ship, instead of the Stargazer.
- ADMIN shields were wimpier.
- The Core was originally just the "tough of the tough" of the regular BHG to justify capships.
- A lot of capships had unnecessary wings.
- Guardian Photon Blasters were a thing, and could drop a battleship's shields single-handedly if the player was let them. (tested on a Battleship Graviton Shield
- FlHook was far more limited in what could be done.
- No tech nerf chart.
- Battleship License instead of scanner.
