How does only Allowing Liners encourage RP?

RPing why and how you are able to transport People in your Transport is much more work then just flying a Liner.

The only reason to force a Liner is that people who bought one finally have a use for it

You can always role-play a trip between Nagano and Planet Cambridge in your Luxury Liner :p They've got more possibilities to work this way than normal transport etc

As an OSC| member and a user of the liners. I dont mind the use of transports for this event really, some retro fitted accommodation quickly set up in a time of need? and as stated the liners are very expensive for someone to purchase for possibly just a one off event. Its just good to see some OSC interest IMO

Because it makes more sense inRP that a passenger cruise liner would be transporting passengers rather then a cargo transport? Did anyone ever try to take a ride in a trunk. It's like that.
