Ello ello criminals, scallywags, and mercenaries of Sirius. I have a problem that needs dealt with, I've reached out to my normal exterminators but none have been able to extinguish the life of this rat. Recently I was wrongly accused by some silly "independent" police officer by the moniker Byron.Hall. This silly man registered me in a criminal registry with no solid evidence of said crimes, took a bribe from me and then at the last minute gave it back when it was time to do what he was bribed to do (very unsportsman like) and further more fled Liberty after the incident to the Core in the general area of Omicron Delta. Possibly to save face for his silly and baseless accusations leveled at me. Regardless, all of this aside lets get to what matters, the money... Seeing as how this is a very personal matter to me and was extremely rat like of him to do I am offering a 30 Million credit bounty up to 3 times. There is a special caveat to this however I need you to tell him exactly why he is being Killed who the order came from. Register on this post, I will be selective about who can take this.

Firstly, Argo I'm glad to hear from you and I'm not surprised as you are one of my most valued and oldest friends. On the other hand this Faceless figure intrigues me. I am glad to make your acquaintance if we can call it that. Ahoy Rico.

I had deterred my trip to the Omicrons to gather information in the Borderworlds about those other things we have been discussing. Much to my surprise, when I was performing random checks on ships along the trade lane between Curacao and the California gate, your old friend Byron Hall came up on me. He is indeed now a full fledged member of the Core it seems. Anyways, I gave him a good scare and sent him fleeing more than once. Unfortunately he managed to give me the slip. Rest assured anytime he crosses my path, he'll be relentlessly hunted. He'll think twice about straying far from populated areas again anytime soon.
