What part of "the outcome has been predetermined by devs for a year now" did you not understand?

While the GRN used a LOT of caps, about 70% of the time or so being a valor sent to utterly trash the LABCs and Overlords that were for some reason commonly used until the bomber swarms appeared.

The admins are kind of right on the last part however, it wasn't as much of a fight as the GRN spamming probably more than 5 valors to blow up that Battleship station in less than 10 minutes, and how was someone supposed to defend the station from that?

We logged GBs and bombers only on yesterdays battle. Not a single valor.

GRN GBs began to appear after out bomber swarms so that would make sense. I don't really remember much about what we did yesterday right now. But I mean during Colorado's Springs' weakness event anyways.

So you don't remeber 2 libdreads and some LABCs covering other LABC from the couple of gunboats and bomber? That was to be expected.

I didn't really remember it, but yeah, now that you mention it we used 2 dreads, probably expecting more GRN to appear wtih GBs and heavier. and on hindsight I'm slightly surprised that actually worked without the bombers and GBs blowing up at least one BC, considering the LN used a similar strategy to counter caps like valors and BCs.

This part of the event was the one that did not perform too well, but in our defense it was a bit difficult to deal with an almost one year old event with an already established outcome. Now that we are free of it, we're very much looking forward to what we can do in the future.

There is no need for Devs/Admins/Greens to defend their actions.

The part that was bad and that made it a very disappointing experience in the end was players' decisions on not to take the chances of making it interesting.

Everybody knows themselves whether they contributed to the event's success or its failure.

Can someone write down a short summary of how this event is affecting the story now? Like, overall - what happened, what are the losses, is there anything achieved and what is to come next? Did Liberty just lost another of their defense fleets? Do they have more? Etc...

I guess the devs will upload something in "news" but really...I missed the whole plot already.

So, GRN rushed Bretonia, removed Kusari, owned Leeds, pushed Bretonia, Requested Rheinland not to bother, steamrolled their way to Liberty and now what? About to conquer California just like they did to Leeds? Hmmm I hope that wont be the scenario because then Bretonia will be in the Kusari Basket of Emptiness and Left Overs. I don't want to sound like I am complaining but well 2 Houses (Kusari/Rheinland) lost a lot of options to do, if you add Bretonia to that you will end up with "Liberty vs Gallia" only, making all other factions less interested to log in. Also if California is in Gallic control, Bretonia will lose all of its support from Liberty? meeh (@Wesker this is not #removeGallia so hold on your horses, I know you are reading Wink )

Any teasers of what to expect?

The California offensive by Gallia was a distraction to stop Liberty aiding Bretonia against the GRN in its next move.

With Liberty now licking its wounds, Gallia are now going to invade New London and initiate their check-mate maneuver.

Bretonia is going to fall, will be the next chapter in this story.
