[The Republic of Kusari]

The Kusari Criminal Database (KCD) is Kusari main database for wanted criminals, for crimes against the nation and people of Kusari, in accordance to the Kusari Law Codex and associated regulations.

Managed by the Ministry of Justice and readable to law enforcement agencies (KNF, KSP, organizations and affiliates, from here on designated law enforcement agencies) as well as civilians of Kusari. it presents alphabetically a list identifying the criminals identities and affiliations, means of operations, the crimes they are accused, and the sentence given by the submitting agency.
An additional fee of 3 Million credits upon the fines is required by the Ministry of Justice for the resolution and removal of the criminal from the Database. This fee is to be charged to the criminal when he criminal's outstanding fines are being collected.

The KCD is solely based on the registry present in the Kusari Law Enforcement Registry (LER). The State Database should be used as a reference of State issued bounties on longstanding and highly dangerous criminals.

This is Officer Hideyoshi Honda ([KP]) member).
I have noticed a strong use of the tradelanes from Honshu to Hokkaido and further to Gallia by smugglers. Current contraband is Black Market Ammunition.

These lanes are usualy used: Honshu -> Planet Izu ->Narita Outpost ->Yokohama Shipyard -> Hokkaido.

Following Ship-IDs have been caught by the tradelane network and by my scans transporting up to almost 4000 units contraband:
