Liberty forcing Junker fr5's

I suppose Liberty could request Junkers to FR5 a ship, but I don't see how they could force them to. They might place pressure on Junkers, however there should always be pressure on Junkers from Liberty Lawfuls. You guys have totally opposite goals. Even if Junkers were inclined to FR5 a ship, what Junker law did the guy break? The matter appears to be between Lib Lawfuls and the ship violating Liberty laws, not Junkers. If Liberty Lawfuls want to pursue an FR5, then let them.

I believe Junkers actually have a rule against unlawfuls using their stations while lawfuls are nearby. So honestly Junkers should be a bit annoyed inRP at the ship doing so. Also as John has mentioned ooRP they don't expect Junkers to FR5 first time offenders but the Junkers should contact the offender and give them a slap on the wrist(ex fine) and if they continue to do so they you can think about FR5ing the ship/faction, not because Lawfuls are making you but because the group or ship in question is endangering the Junkers.

It is unfortunate that once again Liberty forces were unsuccessful in the apprehension of criminal elements due to their ability to seek shelter on one of our installations. Many of us understand and support Liberty's efforts to maintain a criminal free zone within Liberty space. I was an Officer in the Navy myself and I admire your continued dedication to pursuing this matter.

The Congressmen are the only group who actually control docking rights and administration of Junker installations. Rochester for the most part is station full of honest hard working men and women who don't deserve to be targeted due to Congress operations. My associates and I will continue to voice our opinion within the Junker community, but I doubt any change will occur unless the Congressmen are being forced.

why are Official Factions sending comms over 'nameless' indy ships, which the vast majority of the community agrees aren't worth the time to do an FR5 on. Due to the nature of how easy it is to remake ships.

No Problem. Misunderstandings were had. Posts have been adjusted accordingly and I agree, the Anti Junker hate fueled by members of lawful factions is kinda getting out of hand. The Congress cant control game mechanics, and If they were to make special requests to limit docking rights then half the server would be banned from junker bases.
