As I said, that was a hastily created testing area. There is also nothing preventing Luigi from falling to his doom, so you fall out of the level. I am also thinking of removing the "Tiny Luigi" aspect from the game.

While being quite funny, your sig was the biggest one i've ever seen so far. No more than 700x250 please. ~utrack

Here comes the next part: My own sprites. I am going to have to make my own sprites. This might take a while, maybe a week. I will post here when I get Luigi done.

EDIT: ALSO! Things will have a pixelated look, as I am making these by hand. I will NOT be using any base.

I'm looking forward to see it finished, the physics are well built up. but yeh, I think my style of spriting might not appeal you for this one, because they are mostly edits, ergo they have a base. But yes, I have animated ?-blocks!:P

I am suprised to see you say the physics are well done.. It was something I wrote up in less than 4 hours..
As for having someone else make my sprites, or help... Maybe its the fact that I never worked well with pre-made sprites...

Now for the reason I am posting this. I am going to making Luigi as small as I can. Why? Because I am going to be using a Zoom feature to zoom in and out on the player, and anything he is operating. When you are on foot, the screen will zoom in far enough to know whats going on. When you get in a vehicle or something of that sort, the camera will zoom out enough so that you have a useful view of the surrounding area.

Please note: I am using two extra extensions - The Platform Extension, and the Zoom extension. At this rate, this is going to be more like Super Smash Brothers than a mainstream Mario type game... We will just have to wait and see.

The upside of using smaller sprites: I am very good at small images.

More good news (I think): My mom hurt her foot, so I am not going to my grandma's today. I will probably have to take a few minutes out every once in a while to help her, but I think I should be able to get quite a bit done here..

Keeping in mind the entire game will be platform style, the vehicle and movement assisting vehicles I had in mind:
Jetpack - will allow you more vertical movement than normal.
Light Reconnaissance Tank - Light firepower, not a walking tank, but more of a car with a machine gun.
Explorational Vehicle - No weapons, but used to get from point A to point B faster than normal. Has useful defense.

These vehicles will be secondary, as in, you will not be using them for most of the game. A large portion of the game play will take place on foot, which is to say you will be dealing a lot of hand-to-hand justice. When I say most, I do not mean you wont see them till the last level or so, I mean you will not be using them in every single area.
