So, after looking here there I am really confused, I am looking for a budget graphic card around 120$-160$, The basic question is what I look for while buying a Graphic card do I look at VRAM or something else?

Here are some video recommendations coming from people I personally respect when it comes to computer hardware tips. Hopefully it will help you.

With your budget, I am not sure you will be playing games on a setting where they would take up a 4gig frame buffer.

I will combine a Core i3 4160 3.6 ghz with this card, I will be playing games like new COD ( if they run), Battlefield and The Witcher II
