That's a pretty tricky question, since there are MANY countries with many wonderful places.

I'd say Japan the most, because I'm very interested into its history - must-visit place in Japan would be Sekigahara, historical parts of Kyoto and (obviously) Shimabara, Osaka and Hiroshima Castles.
