I got this idea from other games like EVE online,Star Conflict and other games
ID Bonus will give you bonus about which faction interest in what, like IMG likes to mining and trading and Kishiro likes to trading.
Reason of why I'm suggesting this;
I saw some people flying transporters with Navy Ids, Hauling things
So here some example;
IMG ID;
%20 Bonus to Mining in Taus
%5 Bonus to Mining in other spaces
%10 Bonus to Trade yield
Kishiro ID;
%30 Bonus to Trading in Kusari
%20 Bonus to Trading in other spaces
%10 Bonus to Cargo Hold
and also Navy ID's will get some bonuses so they will have difference between eachother
Rheinland Military ID
%10 Bonus to Capital Ship Armor (Cuz their capships are more tanky)
%10 Bonus to Snubcraft Shields
Liberty Navy ID
%10 Less Power requirements
%10 Bonus to Snubcraft Armor
Kusari Naval Forces ID
%10 Bonus to Ship Speeds
%10 Bonus to Ship Turn Speeds
Gallic Royal Navy ID
%10 Bonus to Weapon Damage
%10 Bonus to Weapon Range
These are my thoughts, faction leaders will request these bonuses
IDs already have mining bonuses;
armor,shield,turning should be balanced on a specific ship,this is not eve where flying you ship is just right click on a list of 'coordinates'
and to be honest a 10% is nothing because in freelancer skills values more than 1k more armor..
People want to believe that God has a plan for them.
They don't wanna believe that anyone else does..

armor shield turning bonus will be balanced on their ship line, I just wrote there why %10 bonus to rheinland capital ship armor because they are big and tanky
