Hello,

I have at the moment only a visitor wlan from my neibourgh.
The ports for freelancer are closed and my neibourgh can't open the ports.
Exist an other way to play Discovery?

If you're dependent on your neighbour internet to play anything, then you are also dependent on his management of said network.
If you want another way, find some alternative internet access.

Meanwhile, you could probably find about this neighbours router brand and model, and find a manual to set up the ports necessary for your games.... that is, if you are in good terms with said neighbour.

You don't need ports opened to play the game. As long as the router is not explicitly blocking incoming/outgoing connections on UDP ports 2302/2303 (which is highly unlikely for any standard home router) you should be fine. In most cases the router will see you initiating the connection out, and when it sees a reply from the server it will register that session as established and allow the traffic flow. If you connect over some highly restricted corporate style networks then outgoing connections can be limited to HTTP/HTTPS ports sure. What symptoms are you seeing that makes you think the ports are closed? Do you see a server list when you start the game and go to multiplayer?

I actually play Discovery with my mobilephone internet, it works fine but I can't Skype or other stuff. (data volume)
When I use the visitor wlan from my neighbour I can't see servers on the serverlist.
That's why I think the ports are closed...

Yea.. if you don't see the server list then UDP port 2302 is actually being blocked. There isn't a simple/practical way to circumvent that - either add a firewall rule on the router to allow it or use a connection that does not block it. Good luck.
