The time was pushed back slightly to better accommodate the unlawful forces, yes I may be slightly biased in this case but the last time this event was run the lawful-forces were overwhelmingly the victors. I'm catering towards the unlawful pilots in this case because generally speaking Liberty has more than its fair share of Lawful pilots that we can invite in at the last moment if necessary.
