I´m not sure, but I think it is exclusive AFC faction commodity which can be bought only with their ID.

The sell points don't show up in companion, so laura could well be right.

I remember they used to be sold here and there not so long ago, wonder why it changed.
I could actually just be remembering the 'entertainers' from eve online though...

Well, I tried to find info which I thought I saw somewhere but I can´t so, I might be wrong. Just to not spread false rumours... Clarification from some admin or dev should clarify it better.

I think you can buy it with any ID.
I just bought them at NEWPORT Station (S-13) they Need 5 cargo per unit.
Hope this helps you - I don't know any other place where to buy them.
