[Kusari Uchugun]

One of our patrols in Galileo system has detected an unknown facility named "Port Royal", located at Reppu bend.
While Kusari Naval Forces do not consider this area to be within Kusari zone of influence, the Admiralty expresses its concern regarding the location of said facility, which could serve to block traffic between the Houses of Kusari and Liberty, or be used as a new staging ground for Liberty criminal organizations inclined to venture in Shikoku system.

Heavy unit Okinoshima detected a transport that actively supplied the facility, call-signed 'EJ_Haulage'. Attempts to initiate a dialog with the captain of said transport have not been fruitful.

The Admirality would be grateful to be informed about the House of Liberty's stance regarding this facility. Incidentally, in the event this facility construction would not have been authorized, the Naval Forces are ready to send a few heavy units to assist Liberty Navy with its dismantling.

It appears that installation was destroyed not long after you have sent us this transmission , as our scout units who responded to the location weren't able to find anything but some wreckage from what appeared to be the installation you have reported. As for the transport that was providing supplies to the facility, we have informed our pilots to look out for it for any suspicious activities.

None the less, the Liberty Navy thanks the Naval Forces for their co-operation and aid in putting an end for illegal actions to the border systems between our respectful Houses, and appreciates your initiative towards assisting the Navy.
