Every Corsair snub immediately turning tail and running if anybody so much as farted in their general direction, and the jumping through a hole, as well as the one person that planet dived, made for an extremely disappointing event.
Please pick up your game.
In reference to the hole jumping (I assume it's about me, as I did so), I had to depart the fight because the game started to bug out in the middle of it. Apologies for not getting blued.
Well, this event was testing the water to see how we can perfect upon it next time. Issues were expected, but hopefully won't be present next time. So bear with us please.
Although I do think this why a full on mixed brawl with everyone taking part in a single fight would be better, because at least the snubs would strategically have more options availible to them than the outcome being decided by which ever side has the best PvPers. And then being a slow grind until then.

I think Corsairs managed to get one (1) kill in each separate fight.
Seriously, if you [meaning: participants] do not care to also balance for skill levels, these events are pointless.
Just look at the names of who played on which side, and we could have saved ourselves the time to log for 20 minutes of being pointlessly massacred by superior skill forces.

Sorry that i denied your blue by planet diving but if you didnt noticed i actually tried fight back. That you got bored and decided that 3v1 isnt enough and jumped in is your problem. I would be happy to die in fight but 5v1? I wont bother to fight in such odds. Call me crazy.
What I mean is: good pvpers should register on the weaker team and not bunch up in one team that is just too strong for the weak team. An equal distribution of good pvp players on both sides would be the guarantee for a good event. I was not talking about changes to ship balance.

I just made the event, it's on the players to see who each side has and try to balance it out.
