To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Dr. Brandon Wright, a researcher with the Ingennus Research Group. I'm currently studying what I believe to be a seemingly random hyperspace jump out of Liberty and to Omicron Delta. This jump managed to pull a civilian junker from the New York system. While the initial jump knocked her out cold the data that I pulled from her vessel, along with a hyperspace survey I took of the New York system, leads me to believe that this incident may be related to nomads. However in order to conclusively rule out human interaction I need to know if Liberty uses sanctioned jump points, e.g. a location where all fleets gather and jump to another system. The reason I need to know is clearly shown in the report I've attached below.

New York System - Liberty Space

Hyperspace disturbances throughout the New York system can be generally explained from either debris fields, or asteroids fields such as the badlands that occupy the majority of the southern part of the system. There are two anomalies however. One occupies the entirety of the Zone 21 Mine Field and can probably be attributed to Liberty Navy fleet movements. The other however, located in the lower left-hand corner of Grid F4, represents an unjustifiable hyperspace disturbance weighting in at 12.9 million metric tons and concentrated in an area approximately 500 meters round. Further study is required to define the shape and size of the object.

As you can see from the report there is something rather large in hyperspace near the point where the junker was pulled into a jump field. The weight of the object in question is twice the dead-weight of an Aquillon Carrier, located in about a quarter of the area. I'm having my survey teams return to New York to take more detailed measurements of the anomaly. Given the proximity of the anomaly to Norfolk Shipyard I wanted to rule out the possibility that this lady was quite literally sucked into a Government Project.

I understand that this may be something that the Liberty Government is unable to confirm or deny, but if this isn't a government black project there is something rather large lurking around Liberty and I believe we would all want to know what that is.
