Help with FLServer, FLHook and DSAM?

Now, I have managed to fire up my lan server for testing purposes.

The thing is, I can't seem to make FLHook working on it. Nor even the DSAM* works, as I am getting the very same error everytime:

Cannot access database. Check your 'Player Account directory. Try again?

Is someone so kind to lend me a hand?

I have all thats needed for FLHook to work, yet it doesnt start. What I do wrong?
(I use the exe from the disco folder, ofc)
And, as well, DSAM still cant get the player account db.
Any help on this too?

I had this issue, the way i fixed it was by putting it in all the different folders and then running it
Then deleted them one by one.

Cant remember the right one sorry.
