What do I see that is moderator worthy?

One. They're not loud.
Two. They're hated or think out of the box. That's good. Less chance of bias.
Three. They know how to think before acting. (they're not idiots - putting it bluntly)
Four. They're bold. They get to the point. They literally don't give a crap.
Five. They know their stuff.
Six. They're not a part of any circlejerk.
Seven. They're known to be responsible and are capable of being reasonable.
Eight. They're competent. (Yeah, I repeated myself, but still. )
