Hello.
It would be a very good idea to add the server rules to the main bar, rather than have them be hidden somewhere under one of the dropdowns. Preferably also in admin green so that it pops for a visiting player.

Was experimenting with this as part of another project last weekend, actually - it is indeed a good idea in my opinion as well. Improving visibility of the rules link by moving it has been a wanted feature for a while.
