Due to the nature of our work, we want papers proving that we own it.

We cannot "just buy it" because apparently only representatives of entrenched corporations can get their hands on this stuff. We don't have the entrenchment, so we need to get it through an intermediary. We originally went to Daumann, but they referred us to you, as stated before.

I believe it has to do with our papers. Apparently, there are some outright ridiculous licensing processes we need to go through to purchase one outright, so we're hoping to skirt around this issue by hiring someone to supply the facilities and labor for us. We can go to the licensing board and say that yes, we did make this here Stork, or did enough work on it to make a realistic claim with proof.
