Sadly, I must begin with transmission with terrible news. After our discussions, Mishtar Beleth gave to me onboard the L'Odovyk a vast amount of nomadic remains as a token of goodwill and to foster relations between Canaan and SCRA (please see attachment Commissar). On return to New Moscow, Comrade Alejandro Rivera came to assist as an escort. We were intercepted on entry to Omega 49 by Battlegroup Auxesia and a Fallen Angel pilot 'El.Muerto'. They proceeded to rob the L'Odovyk of the cargo, stealing the remains whilst in transit. As such, the remains are lost.

For this failure... Commissar Comrade, I shall make amendments for the lost remains personally from my position.

Let us not let this development come between this fostering relationship however. Commissar Comrade, Mishtar Beleth displayed competence and prowess during our discussion and it is clear that this 'Canaan Project' has much to offer as well as [CENSORED]. So you hear from me again on behalf of the Canaan Project. We have a problem, which in turn will probably be your benefit.
Our research on Nomadic Material has been going... well...

We've had a severe equipment failure, causing our biolaboratory to be unable to function for a while.
Spirits are at an all time low and we seem to have no option than to focus on less.... "reactive" subjects for the time being.
Therefore we have a lot of excess material lying around. Material, we've already discussed before, if you didn't catch my drift already.
Now, to cut to the chase: We know you are in a relatively positive relation with the Red Hessians. Given our inevitable need to relocate, Rheinland Space would be an option, however our work on AI technology has already imprinted a negative look on our group in the lawful region, and we hope you could clear things up with those who you call allies or friends there.
We do not have specific numbers yet, since we're still stocktaking how much is still usable, but I think it would be better to discuss this in private through short-term transmissions again anyway.
I will be awaiting your answer and hope for a longed-for decision.
