Why Asco's torp ammo arent available in conn or non gallic bases like every type of ammo out there? At least making them available at conn would be good.

Yeah you need someone else to transfer them from a ship that is in Gallia, but you shouldn't be bringing it out of Gallia anyways. Is it a Pirate ID Basics Asco?

I think they made it like that because there was a plague of Pirate ID Ascos in Liberty and the other non-Gallia houses.
