The docking master also is willing to pay 500 credits for each unit of Synth Paste, Oxygen and Water which can be brought from Planet Stuttgart at Stuttgart system. We also looking forward for contracting your company about Iridium shipments from Omicron Delta but the current situation at the omicrons is not stable so we do not want to expose our transporters or yours to any danger at these systems. I've considered your inquiry about the Iridium shipments from Omicron Delta, I agree that the current situation is too fluid for safe travel of our transports. If the board has the patience and is agreeable to it, I would like take some time and check out the situation in those sectors for myself, and explore any options for trade between the two antagonists prior to setting up any contract.

Frau Lorelii Darksaint of Saint Logistics, It's me, Mark Hamann and i am very glad that your respected company delivered the shipments required in time. Actually we had a large fire started at the generators room then extended to large portion of one of our storage depots. Our fire fighters cooperated with Rhienland Fire Fighters managed to arrive in time and stop the fire before it burn the entire station. It was a worrying 24 hours and we had to calculate the damage so our damage control systems can operate. After some calculations we reached that the installation main hull segments were affected badly therefore it require total change. We tried to find a fix for the current hull segments mounted but it seems we will need some new parts. We would like your company to participate in this large operation for rebuilding the Solitaire Metropolis main storage depot and parts of the generator room. Also our installation next phase is almost finished and we are approaching the grand opening of Core 4 upgrade. We would like to finish the business as soon as possible. The installation require 15,000 Hull Segments as fast as possible and another 10,000 that can be delayed and not shipped in a hurry. I would like to point out that our copy of the transmission from Delivery 11 was not transferred to our ship "Saint Logistics", all we received was a test pattern. Could you please confirm this part of the order for our company records?
You will also notice that we brought in some additional O2 and Water. Your dockmaster requested this addition to make up for the losses during the fire and associated disaster recovery. On our next trip out we will be returning with some additional foodstuffs to replace the stores that were ruined. We are very happy that our friends here at Solitaire Metropolis made it through this trouble with only minor damage.

Actually, i was just talking to my director of operation and docking master about your company, and after we listed some of the business contracts we did together, the members of the board voted for a new reward for your corporation mien frau. We decided if you agree, that we will pay 50% of every piracy act happen against the Saint Logistics vessels, and that means, that your respected pilots will have to deliver to us weekly or monthly the amount of piracy taxes they had to pay with documents if possible so we can sort it and dedicate 50% of if to your company pilots from the Solitaire Metropolis members of the board. This is the highest reward that any company achieved since the Solitaire Metropolis opened it's doors for business. There are two more corporations nominated to receive such a reward but still discussions in progress about them. We have a new proposition and contract for your respected company. The Solitaire Metropolis is building new constructions on the Phase IV upgraded recently and our docking master require some materials for good prices. The installation require 17,000 pieces of Quantum Arrays which can be brought from Misaki Stations at Rishiri system. The docking master is willing to pay 3,500 credits for each piece delivered. The Installation also require 20,000 Hull Segments for the new constructions and the docking master will pay 2,200 credits for each unit delivered. My Vice President of Transport Operations, Tracy Kent, and I were visiting the Diamond Bar hoping to catch you for a proper face to face introduction, but it appears that you have been busy meeting with the board as well as seeing to the base upgrades.
Tracy has recently joined Saint Logistics from the Bretonia Merchant Navy and is as dedicated to the success of the company as I am. While she will not be visiting the Solitaire Metropolis, due to her assignment to other contractual obligations, you may see here in our offices or in the hanger from time to time. Feel free to contact her if I am unavailable as she has the same access to our contract records as I do.
I would like to thank the board for the generous offer of reimbursing fifty percent of the costs accrued from any "donations" demanded by pirates. While we have had encounters with them before, and fully expect to in the future, I've always considered it part of the price of doing business when traveling between house controlled systems. However, I will take you up on your offer and add an entry onto my reports to reflect these expenses.
Our Serenity Transports Saint Logistics and Saint Transportation are undergoing upgrades to their systems as well as in-house rehabs of some of their crew areas. After a quick shake down cruise with each ship, where we will be testing the upgrades to ensure they are operating as expected, we fully expect to be ready resume normal operations.
Ms. Darksaint is unavailable while she is meeting with officials at Alster Shipyard and asked me to send out this report to you. She is currently in negotiations regarding the price of an overhaul for the Serenity Class Transport Saint Shipping. It appears that the work that we would like done is much more extensive than we originally thought and we may have to go to the shipyard for their technical expertise. Once I get back to Solitaire Metropolis, I'll be manning our offices until the re-fit is complete.
The shake down cruises for Saint Logistics and Saint Transportation have been completed, the system upgrade testing was successful. I am happy to report that both craft are back in revenue service.
Comments:(Ms. Darksaint has instructed me to add any notes regarding Pirate activity while under contract to Solitaire Metropolis.) We were fortunate not to be bothered by any hostile craft while completing this contract.
