As you may remember, my organization, IMGR| is working on a new mining array. We are based out of Appleton Laboratory in Omega-3. We have found that there is some odd radiation in Omega-3 that is seriously degrading the performance of various superconductors in our prototype array. One of my colleagues, Dr. Alyssa Bradford, has extensive expertise with Nomad remains and technology, and has been working with it for the past 6 months. She has been making progress on developing a radiation hardened superconductor by using nomad technology. She will continue to oversee our safe handling of the materials.

Thus, I would like to request a renewal of our Nomad Biomatter, Equipment and Weapons License (N-BEW License) for our group, IMGR|. Payment has been sent. Please let us know if we can provide any further information.

It was brought to my attention that the previous executive team in charge of Bretoniaa operations failed to renew our Restricted Goods Licences at the time of expiration.

Of course, we would like to express our intent to renew and register Universal Shipping Incorporated for all trading licences available in Bretonia to ensure uninterrupted flow of goods and material, both to and out of Bretonian territory.

An amount of 95.000.000 credits has been wired to BPA)Rose.Eddings[CCD] for the following licences:

Renewal:

- Tau Trading Licence
- Military Material Licence
- Medical Licence

New Licences Request:

- Gaian Lifeforms Licence - We have been working closely with Planetform Inc. and still have grand projects that require PFI's expertise. Thus we would like to apply for this licence in advance, should the need arise for us to ship any quantity of it.

- N-BEW License - While Universal Shipping Incorporated does not have the expertise to make use of these matrial, we are often contracted by lawful entities in Liberty or Bretonia that do have a need for these material. Proper background checks will be conducted through both Libertonian & Bretonian security forces prior to contract agreement that involve these material. Thus this licence request is being filed in advance, should the need arise for us to ship any quantity of it. Rest assured that a dedicated, heavily armoured USI transport fleet exists that specialices solely in handling sensitive cargo.
