Reasons for joining us: As much as I have love for my people, and yearn to see a free Dublin some day, I can't help but feel I was throwing myself against a wall back home; somehow we made barely any progress despite the upswing in domestic unrest in Bretonia, and the baffers losing two wars in a row. Biography: So let's see here. My life has been pretty depressing, saw this place we call Liberty descend to pieces and felt like i wanted to make a difference. So i joined the Navy - this turned out to be a bigger waste of time than trying to throw a rock to New Berlin from the bar of West Point. I was born on Planet Curacao, October 13th 889 A.S. Just fate i suppose, my mother decided she was going to take an unscheduled vacation and well, completely screwed up the timing on that one. I have no siblings and both Parents have since passed on. Served most of my life as a Navy captain across three Dreadnoughts. Vessels Louisiana, Nebraska and South Dakota. The latter of this list was torn in half by an ambush during a skirmish into Magellan, by which is should add, was entirely the fault of the Navy for refusing to act according to my guidence and observations. The supposed statement 'That's impossible, they can't get a vessel that size there' turned out to be the demise of my vessel. Of couse this means i hate the Navy, the Libertonian government and the outright corruption with a passion. I suppose 'going with the flow' ain't somethin' i'm good at.

Biography: I was born on Planet Los Angeles, Bel-Air district. I wasn't the greatest kid in my school days but I did somewhat good in my studies. I graduated out of Marymount High School and my parents forced me to study at the University of Cambridge in Bretonia, Cambridge. I dropped out of my second year to enroll into West Point Military Academy, because I wanted to serve Liberty and not be some aerospace engineer, repairing damaged ships and the other boring stuff.
I graduated out of the Military Academy with flying colours along with my older brother, Dave.
Sadly we both have been assigned to different squadrons, I was mainly patrolling California while he was out there in Colorado. I've fought numerous times against the Gauls, In Leeds, Magellan and recently California. I've been rewarded the Combat Superiority Pin twice while in my service and the Fighter Ace Pin. So I was a pretty successful pilot you could say, not bragging or anything.
A year ago I received a comm from my older brother saying that he was branded as the "Enemy of the Republic". I could not believe it. Turns out he got branded such because he was protecting an innocent Freelancer that the 5th Liberty Navy regiment thought was an enemy. My brother would never do such thing to betray the Republic and help a supposedly hostile Freelancer.
So I traveled back to Liberty from Bretonia and speak to the High Command about it. That only got me into this mess. I was charged with aiding a criminal of the Republic, just because I was his brother and supposedly "helped him evade from Libertonian Lawfuls".
I have been betrayed. Left alone. The people I swore to protect and serve.
Have abandoned me and called me a traitor.
I ran away, I had to neutralize my own brother-in-arms just to survive. I eventually reached Freeport 2, the Zoners let me stay there undetected.
I've recently learned more in-depth of the Hellfire Legion. They still serve the people of Liberty. Just not with the current government.
That's my place. A band of betrayed brothers, all fought aside their own brothers-in-arms, only to be betrayed by their own.

Biography:*I was born and raised on Freeport 7. When the attack occured, my mother sacrificed herself by putting me in the last remaining single seat escape pod. I'll never forget seeing her looking out the window as my pod cleared the station just before it was destroyed. My pod was eventually recovered by a passing miner, who took me to planet Manhatten.
My father was a Freelancer at the time, and was away on a trade run in Kusari space. The news of the destruction spread quickly, and he began a frantic search for me. I was able to send a long range comm to him, and we were reunited on Manhatten. After learning of the death of mother, he immediately joined the Liberty Navy in order to bring the fight to those cursed Nomads. Regretably, the cruiser he was stationed on was lost without a trace, and my father is M.I.A.
