Okay Lambda, I have found some DSAce.Log Evidence and Jack can say this is not a lie. Considering it just happened.

And no I do not lie, and I never say the truth. Hmm okay then Lambda. I know we have our grudges against one another, but im just curious. It happened to M38 or something earier too this morning.

If im not mistaken, you need to be on the Criminal Database before Kill on Sight is warranted. Not only that but it is not just down to 5th HC but it is down to LPI and LN if not the LSF also and the Lib Gov for this to happen. Because you don't want to be making thigns harder for yourself, and if that is the case there will be a Roleplay Juristiction over it. Just because you could not stop 1 transporter and get CLEAR Cargo scans/readings you are automatically KoS.

Thank you, again this is not a flame, QQ, or rage or anything, im just curious as to how this can be a automatic thing from an official faction with no forum roleplay. No Criminal Data and with no clear readings. If there are clear readings where is the photographic proof.

It just doesn't add up or make any sense, especially from an official faction.

I am not here to QQ Jack, I am here asking a serious question. It has not just happened to me today, but another 2 ships/players. Which I actaully spotted on my Rogue earlier today.

But you wont be threatening such things inrp considering the Liberty Navy are not there to do with "Petty Crimes" they are there to PROTECT Liberty in general such as wars, and capital ships or a large number of threats. Not prioritizing yourselves with "Smugglers" I would also like to see this proof of me "Disruptoring" the lanes and the cargo I had on board. Because from this "Arguement" you claim is rubbish.

If you do not get what you want Jack, you go all F%$ and throw this "Harsh Consequences" straight away. It is not down to just 1 leader of a house to make someone KoS especially after petty crimes. I would also be waiting for a forum roleplay asking a few questions, like a fine or something then maybe yes KoS if it wasn't paid for. But the point is, you don't get your way and you through this KoS every time. I am just curious as to why. I expected more from a faction leader of an official faction.

It is common sense really to say hang on a minute. That guy has broken this many Liberty Laws, let's discuss it with other Liberty Lawful Faction leaders to think of some consequences and make a forum post. To get "Roleplay" out of it. But it seems you are in it for the easy blues and more easy blue and bad roleplay.

I remember the times you used to shoot your own faction ID in Alaska too.

I am just asking for an explanation to why this outcome almost straight away. Considering my ship is Gateway Shetland, you threaten a civilian KoS for not stopping. Refusing to stop to a "Navy Officer" Common Jack. That is low.

not that i have any problem with you guys because i generally think you guys have some nice members and what not, but.

yesterday when we had a fight in New York, we did have a bit of fun during that fight but what i didn't like is, the response from Jack saying ''Don't come to liberty and expect a fair fight'' I mean i didn't expect to hear this from a official faction?
