Universal's stockholders have been pleased with the recent ventures in Alberta and seem to want more. So, USI’s next project is going to be exploiting the potential of Planet Edmonton. The executive board has defined the first step of this process as the acquisition of certain rights to the planet.

These rights are as follows: The rights to minerals on and within Planet Edmonton along with the right to construct and administer developments and outposts on the planet, so as to help facilitate the exploitation of resources on the planet.

USI is willing to purchase these rights for a total of 250 million credits, as the planet has both yet to be geologically surveyed, and currently is only habitable with the extensive use of environmental shelters and only along the equatorial region. Both of which impact the potential profit and risk associated with the planet.

While I and the shareholders of Universal understand that Universal is not a mining company, USI does maintain good relations with several, and would work with them to extract ores from the planet, providing wealth to those involved, and taxes for the Libertonian Treasury. I hope that you all see the potential in this operation, and are willing to approve it, so that we may begin bringing more wealth and jobs the people of Liberty.

Signed,

Peter Tomson

USI President

Mr. Tomson;

Given that Liberty has no plans for Edmonton, and as a result sees no income from it in its current state, I and the rest of the Department of the Interior see no reason to not sell Universal Shipping Incorporated the listed rights. Once again, I wish you the best of luck with this project, and look forward to seeing it become a lucrative venture.

As for the 250 million credits, please send them to Ferris.Dufresne

The credits have been sent. I thank you and the rest of the department for working with Universal, and providing us with a swift response.
