So a birdy came to my balcony to chill [update: birdy has a stomach ache]

yesterday a bird came to my balcony (8 floors up) and is chilling there still now.
Parents said he could have been sick or ate something bad for him but today he's been looking better ^.^

Dunno what to do though... but looks fine. We put out some water and seeds for him.
Fingers crossed he gets better.

Anyone recognize the type of bird!? What could be going on?

I heard if birds get sick or something then they tend to get closer to humans.
