To the administrators of Damascus/Athens Installations

You know, when I was asked to conduct force reconnaissance within the borders of our nation, never once did I expect to find so many god damn things clumped up in Kepler. Now I'm acting under the assumption that since these two modular facilities were constructed right next to one another, that they're under the operation of the same people. Right? Right.

It's not every day I get to issue an official notice, so here it is.

By order of the Hellfire Legion, within my right as Executive Commander under the Commonwealth of House Liberty, your installations have been found to be constructed illegally and without notice to the Commonwealth. The questionable location has raised concerns within the Commonwealth and they certainly leave me worried for the denizens that might occupy them. On behalf of the Commonwealth, The Lord Commander of the Hellfire Legion and myself, the following demands are made.

- Both facilities will grant docking permissions to vessels under the control of the Hellfire Legion ([HF]).
- Both facilities will submit to an inspection by Legion personnel.
- The administrator(s) will submit an apology to the Commonwealth and a note detailing the purpose of the installations.
- A fee of 100,000,000 SC is to be paid to [HF]-Armory.1, and is collectible under taxation on a monthly basis for occupying Commonwealth space.

Failure to comply or acknowledge this message will result in the deconstruction of both facilities. This is the result of violating our laws. I suggest you follow through and own up to your mistakes.
