This thread just keeps getting better. Thing is not who to make an admin as i doubt thatll change the methods admins use. What im talking about here is to start listening to what input people give, be it opinions or criticisms and take that in consideration for change or for the future. Its not a shame to apologize nor improve mistakes, but it is a shame when the mistakes arnt fixed and no change is made. Imo such has nothing to do with the disfigurment of the admins authority but more with a somewhat closer relationshit between admins and players and making it easer to make improvements benefiting everyone.
How about you add lyth to that list that you recently banned.
Pretty much matches your explanation of all the other candidates you chose plus he is banned too now. Check mark that off the list of things a admin should have in his resume, right?

Lyth is not in my Skype friend list, I cant suggest him
I believe Jansen to be sincere in his evaluation of said individuals. Although, I disagree with them, his opinion has just as much value as everyone else. More so, in fact, since he is already an Admin.

Candidates for administrators?
People who do not play the game. Specifically hired people with no forum or skype representation. Blanks.
People whose job is to process sanction reports by the server rules. A full time job, while leaving people who do play the game as DM-staff who organize events, are present ingame and other.
