My name is Chris and I am a Freelancer. I am sending this transmission to you because I respect the laws of Liberty and I need a license for a modified Super Heavy Fighter, model Z-5900 "Werewolf". The ship hull was bought on Rochester base for a price of a scrap metal. There was literaly nothing on it, even engines and powercore were stripped off.

Greetings.

Unfortunately, I do not have the power to allow your ship to fly freely in the Republic of Liberty. However, I can put you on the right track to getting a permit for your ship from the Liberty Government.

In order to file a proper request with the Government, you need to first get a safety inspection from a trusted provider. Once you have a certificate proving that your ship is up to par with Liberty's safety regulations, simply file a communication similar to this one to the Liberty Government and the matter can be more easily and officially sorted from there.
