Any faction in need of activity?

Alright so I'm not sure if this is the right place to post (Please move or warn me if it's not). I'm an old player, I used to play here a loooong time ago and played on and off for a few years. I had the most fun with the Keepers and Rorry's Renegades desperately trying to get Mamoru or Orchid (Don't remember which of the two) by befriending the leader which I did get in the end only to realize that I still sucked ass at flying even if I had the best bomber around back when I played more actively but that was years ago.

Now I'm back and I'm really craving to play some Discovery again, no matter how this game is aging, I don't know why but Freelancer keeps getting me to come back despite all these crazy space games out there but yet, it feels like nothing compares to Freelancer.

Anyway, basically with me coming back, I really don't know the state of the game or factions and what not right now and I was wondering, is there a faction right now that desperately needs some new blood? Because I would be ready to sign up. I'd like to spice things up a bit in the community if I can, add a bit more life to it as much as a single player could.

I'd like to bring some life to other parts of the game which I assume are probably not as lively as the Central systems (i.e Liberty) for the obvious reason that it's the spawn point of new players and it's in a really central position.

So I was just hoping that you guys could point me in the right direction.

Well, try poking some of the Police IDs.
I made a small review some time ago regarding the unique gameplay the offer in comparison to the much more popular military IDs in the same area. It might be worth the shot.

For a start, factions on the Player Faction Status page having a little hat icon next to their names are official factions currently in need of support and fresh blood. If you hover your cursor over the symbol, it'll even read "This faction needs help!"

(Except that right now Gateway seems to be a lot more than fine, Council lacks the symbol, Angels are Angels, and Exiles has just disbanded, possibly Cross is dead as well.)

we're a new faction only a few months old could do with more new blood and someone keen to get right in the middle of it, check out what we've been upto and drop me a line if your interested, some things arnt in the post yet as we keep a few things secret
also we have no message dump as of yet so you cant see our Fighter/ intelligence divisions activity

Pretty much any faction could use some activity, pick one that interests you the most and make a character you can get immersed with for that faction. But if you're open to pretty much anything, Kusari unlawfuls could definitely use a boost (Same with lawfuls, but with the unlawfuls log the lawfuls)
